This section is a collection of great advice and articles that we’ve come across on the web and have pulled together here. They’re grouped into pretty loose sections and there’s a short explanation from us before a link off-site to read the post at the writer’s site.
Songwriting:
A useful introduction to a great site, Serve the Song, which focuses on the art of songwriting and the development of your skills in that area, which we consider to be of fundamental importance.
This particular post looks at how practicing songwriting itself improves your skills. Use it as a lead-off to wander around the site and find some other great information that will help you be a better songwriter.

Not so much an article as a whole section of a site. Addicted to Songwriting is a great site that covers a lot of really great information on songwriting including interviews with successful songwriters, but the majority of the site is covered in this page of articles that anyone and everyone who has any business with songwriting should have read. You might not agree with every word but there is some very valuable stuff here.
